Simply send a meeting invitation generated by LPS Connect’s Microsoft® Outlook™ plug-in.  At the time of the conference, all parties click the link inside the invitation to join-in.  When a PC or Mac connects to the service for the first time, a software client is downloaded to connect to the conference.
