Our Management Team

John Losier, our Managing Partner, is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Philips Electronics North America. He has a wealth of experience across the electronics, telecommunications and networking industries. Prior to Philips, he was Vice President of Global Accounts at Compaq and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing, Services and Support at Tandem Computers. Prior to joining Tandem, he was President of Large Business Services for Bell Atlantic Corporation and served as Chairman of its Network Integration subsidiary. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, N.Y.

Chris Pizzirani, our Chief Operating Officer, was most recently Vice President of Broadband Solutions at Verizon. He was responsible for leading the data product development and deployment for Verizon's Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) infrastructure (FIOS). He previously was Vice President of the Verizon Online DSL product management and development organization which included the management of customer premises equipment, the development of the Verizon One phone and Verizon's fixed mobile convergence strategy. He graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce and Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Walter Sebastian, our Chief Marketing Officer, previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Video and Audio Conferencing Products for Sony Corporation.  Prior to Sony, he was Vice President of Market Development for digital convergence technologies with Philips Electronics.  His background is in product planning, product management and marketing, market development, and the overall general management of digital communications technologies.   He has held senior management positions with  Sony Electronics, Philips, Bell Atlantic (Verizon) and Northern Telecom (Nortel).  He graduated with a Bachelors of Professional Studies degree from Pace University in New York City.

Our Education Market Advisor

Nick Intintolo is a recognized expert in strategic technology utilization in government and education and is well respected as a pioneer in 21st century enterprise modernization. He is currently a member of IBM’s prestigious Public Sector Industry Tiger Team serving as Solutions Executive. Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Intintolo had served in national Public Sector leadership positions with Capgemini, Oracle, and Netscape, over the course of a 25 year career.  Nick earned a BS in Information Systems from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
